I have been through various stresses and traumas and learned enormous lessons in different paths. though it is extremely difficult to overcome multiple circumstances in your life by the period you can learn and move on. I know it’s quite strenuous but it’s a life where you have to release your energies and boost yourself to accomplish many life paths. sometimes you feel like you are all alone and away from the world. moreover, at one point in time, you feel like your soul is over to deal with multiple traumas/anxiety but it is a part of life.
I must say the healing process takes time but gradually you can overcome it. you know the most hurtful and disappointing phase is when you get too attached and emotional with a particular person and it leads to breaking your heart in case of a mishappening in the future but learning from the difficulties and overcoming them is strong.
Take a glimpse over some causes of ANXIETY which may impact through various factors as follows :
It can be caused genetically if in case you have been through family circumstances or childhood traumas and this affects your mind biologically.
Such kinds of disorders have a huge impact on our bodies if we are suffering from illnesses like chronic or acute diseases either heart disease, mental health, thyroid, etc. It should be diagnosed on time through doctors’ prescriptions as it may lead to a harmful impact on our bodies.
Peer pressure, and over stress environment, are also some of the most common factors causing anxiety. People are so indulged with their work that they keep themselves busy and stress out their work all day long thus, prone to anxiety.
